Bathroom Toilets
Selecting a bathroom toilet may seem like a simple choice between equally simple options, but there are many different models available. Instead of choosing a color, you now have to decide whether you want a low-flow, composting, comfort-height, wall or floor-mounted model.
Bathroom Toilets and Seats That Fit Any Space
Most bathrooms are designed for a 10-inch rough-in, which is the distance between the center of the waste drain and the back of the unit, but there are models with larger rough-ins available. Some bathrooms also have a wall outlet as opposed to a floor outlet. To accommodate this design, you can find either wall-mounted models or those that look like standard floor-outlet designs but are piped for rear wall outlets. Remember that many models do not automatically come with toilet seats, so make sure to find one that matches your model and the rest of your design scheme.
Both Kohler and American Standard makes one-and-two-piece, floor or wall-outlet toilets in several styles. The brand also offers matching seats for a lot of its models. Due to its large selection, you can also easily find matching fixtures, such as sinks and bathtubs, to maintain a uniform look.
Kitchen and Pantry sells thousands of toilets and seats, hundreds of them by American Standard. If you purchase an entire Kohler or American Standard Bathroom collection, including the bathroom sink, faucets, toilet, bathtub and shower unit, you'll receive a special discount.
